Mondays can be a little painful to move from the weekend back to work mode, so I want to share a motivational item every Monday to kick start our week. It’s not necessarily going to be about living on one income, although I hope more often than not that it will tie in with that theme. This is motivation in the form of a quote, a story, a video, or an article or book that I’ve read that will maybe give you something to think about, enjoy, and get us going on a Monday, especially on those rainy Mondays.
I chose this picture today because I often have to remind myself to “just breathe“. We are often running around so much and thinking constantly of the next thing we have to accomplish that we forget to breathe. Take a few deep breaths and you will find that your whole body relaxes, your mind becomes focused again, and you are able to push ahead with things that need to get done.
