Mondays can be a little painful to move from the weekend back to work mode, so I want to share a motivational item every Monday to kick start our week. It’s not necessarily going to be about living on one income, although I hope more often than not that it will tie in with that theme. This is motivation in the form of a quote, a story, a video, or an article or book that I’ve read that will maybe give you something to think about, enjoy, and get us going on a Monday, especially on those rainy Mondays.
An easy way to try to quell the thoughts of fear in your brain – The Five Second Rule by Mel Robbins. Mel Robbins is a life coach, television host and author. I know fear plays a big part in my life and always has when it comes to doing a lot of things. Driving is a big one for me. I hate getting on the road in a car even as a passenger. Take some time to listen to this video (it’s just over 12 minutes long). It’s an easy way to try to quell those feelings of fear. As we know, fear usually stops us from doing things in life and prevents us from moving forward. I’m gong to try this next time I’m in the car and see if it works. How about you? What is your fear?
